WILL I NEED TO UNDRESS?

You do not have to undress, and we will endeavour to make sure as little clothing is removed as possible at any given time. If you are worried, it may be best to bring some shorts and a T-shirt with you.

All treatment methods will be explained to you during the treatment session.
